3 All-Star Veteran Gourmet Food Truckers came together to create Left Coast Burrito Co. Led by the brilliant, award winning Chef / Owner Adam Allison, our dedication to create and serve delicious street food will set the standard for Phoenix Food Trucks. Owner Keri Frazier, of the Food Networks Great Food Truck Race Season 6, has a true love for our customers and is determined to make each person’s experience unforgettable by delivering the very best in customer service. Owner Kyle Hollenbeck is a trail-blazer in the industry and knows what makes a truck a success. Our collective experience and dedication to the highest possible standards in the industry sets this truck apart from the rest.

Meet the Left Coast Burrito Company Team:

 

Adam Allison

He is an award winning chef that has been cooking in kitchens since he was legally able to at the age of 15. Since then he has gone on to attend Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Scottsdale and ran multiple kitchens as Executive Chef across the valley. He is also the former owner and mastermind behind such food trucks as “frank. gourmet hot dogs and sausages” “United Steaks Of Cheese – Cheesesteaks and Sandwiches” and “Rounders – Icecream Sandwiches”. He has been featured on the food network, cooking channel and Esquire TV, along with local channels as NBC 12, ABC 15, Fox 10, CBS 5 and Channel 3. Adam takes an approach to cooking with using the best, locally sourced ingredients that he can find. He works with local farmers and distributors to take pride in each product he uses.

Keri Frazier

She is a Phoenix native who’s love of food and love of people led her into the restaurant industry when she was just 14 years old.  Through the years she’s worked with some of the most successful restaurants in the valley and has years of experience in restaurant management.  Keri attended Arizona State University and University of Hawaii.  After a chance encounter with a local food truck, Keri fell in love with the industry and has spent the last 4 years working for some of the best trucks in the valley.

She led her former team onto the Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race Season 6, winning over 4 challenges and episode 2.  She’s been featured on local new channels 3, 5, & 12 and has been featured in several local print articles.  Keri has a genuine love of people, an eternally optimistic outlook, and a fierce dedication to providing our customers with an amazing experience.

Kyle Hollenbeck

Kyle Hollenbeck is One of three partners with Aioli Gourmet Burgers, Aioli Gourmet Catering and Modern Tortilla. Kyle comes from a family that has been in the restaurant business since he was born. Kyle’s background is in sales and marketing for companies like Yelp.com and LivingSocial.com which is what helped his companies grown from One truck too five and a Restaurant. “I’m passionate about food trucks but more importantly the experience we provide.” This concept excited me because it was not only with Chef Adam and Keri but because it’s all about going Left when you think your tastebuds want you to go right!”
